This year, on August 20, 2024, our school held a the Broadway Musical Frozen. This was idea of a young woman from the Netherlands named Djuna Claassen. She is the granddaughter of our school’s mentor, Mrs. Simone C. Gerittsen.
This Broadway Musical tells the story of the 2013 animated film by Walt Disney Pictures, Frozen. This musical drama was participated in by students who were directly selected by Djuna through auditions. For the practice session, it took about 21 days. During the practice, Djuna was assisted by her cousin Fenne. As for the stage and lighting, Djuna was assisted by her uncle Denis.
This was performed for parents of students and all school residents. Not only that, guests from Thalassa also attended to watch this musical drama performance. This musical drama went on and ended very well.
