The industrial field observation activity for 11th-grade students in the Hospitality and Tourism Services Business major, conducted at Thalassa Dive & Wellbeing Resort Manado, aims to provide direct experience in the hotel and tourism industry.
Students visit to observe operations and interact with professionals in the field. This activity helps students understand the theory they have learned, improve their observation skills, and broaden their perspective on career opportunities in the industry. After the visit, students will discuss the results of their observations and write a report to analyze what they have learned.
